Yes! With our devices from eero, you can manage your complete network settings. Using the app, you can create guest networks so you don’t have to give out your wifi passwords, monitor all of the devices so that you can see which one is eating up all of your bandwidth, or set up monitors and controls to prevent usage during certain times of the day or block certain sites.

When it comes to wifi, distance matters. The further you are from the source of the signal, the lower the strength will be. A signal booster is a great solution to this problem. It is important to ensure that you are using a booster that utilizes a “mesh” network. This will prevent signal loss as it bounces from booster to booster to get you service in the most remote places of the home or building!

Absolutely! This can be done using the app. There are also a number of free sites that offer speed tests so that you can determine the precise upload and download speeds that you are receiving at any given time.

There are none! We don’t believe in limiting the amount of data that you can use.

Never! Many internet providers will reduce your speeds in order to manage their network traffic. We will not hinder your speed for our benefit. You are paying for a specific speed and it’s important to us that we provide what we’ve promised.

We offer two speeds, fast and light speed fast. With a minimum of 1 GB, our service starts where most service providers stop, and we offer that speed at the same price as the slowest competitive options. Our 10 GB service is for those who want exclusive, unprecedented home internet access.

You will never sign a contract for our 1 GB service! We do offer a contract for our 10 GB service, but we will work with you to ensure that it makes sense for you.

Yes you can of course use your own modem/router option if you prefer, however, we will have to know in advance so that we can connect to it properly. In addition, we won’t be able to offer the same level of service, such as the app features, network monitoring, or advanced security without our device.

There aren’t any. We can’t stand when rates are advertised as low and competitive, but after the “hidden fees”, end up being much higher than expected. With us, what you see is what you get, always.

Currently, we only service select multi family dwellings. The reason for this is because the infrastructure in many cities does not allow for smaller providers to service individual units, and installing a separate connection for a single home is crazy expensive. A great solution here is to advocate with local and federal officials to finance what the industry calls “last mile” fiber in order to introduce new competition and prevent larger providers from monopolizing their markets.
